In accordance with the regulations, we are required to submit the bank statement to Travel Industrial Council to proof our capital meets the requirement for the approval of the license.
However, we were told by several banks that they would not open bank account until the license granted. Without the bank account, there is no supporting document to get the license approved and we cannot commence business. The banks’ policy put us in difficulties.
At last, Business Partners referred us to a bank that can open bank account for us even there was no license at that moment and no need to buy any financial products as condition.
We finally got the license successfully and have been running our business.

As a business starter, we are not familiar to the administration of a company and we prefer to have more sales rather than making paper work.
That’s why, we are not aware to submit the documents on time to Government until we heard that some companies were penalized by Inland Revenue Department and even summons by court for the late reply of the Employee’s Return.
Business Partner would remind us for the tax assessment 3 months before the financial year end date. We only need to send them all invoices, receipts, agreements, then they will prepare the audit report and the Profit Tax Return for us which saves our time a lot.

Both my partner and I only focus on the sales of our business and would not care about the documents for the profit tax assessment as well as other documents required by the Inland Revenue Department.
